Customer Impact: The NetStable datacenter will be completely shutdown and all services will not be accessible during this outage.
We are presently preparing to upgrade the network infrastructure to include replacing one of the primary network switches. We will be promptly starting our outage at 2:00 PM on Saturday, 20th 2010, services should be restored to normal operation no later than 10:00 PM. The total outage time frame is five hours. We will be starting replacing our equipment at 9:00 PM on Saturday 13, 2009
Service should be restored to normal no later than 9:15 on Saturday 13, 2009
